Love your hitch helper. Two items for feedback. "1. It is not beefy enough. I am on my third one in two years. It does not hold up well. 2. It is too wide to fit between the torque rods on the Hensley hitch. I have to turn it slightly crooked to make it fit. It is really a great idea, it is just doesn't hold up well and I have trouble aligning it under my hitch.
We just wrapped up our first season of pulling our camper with the Arrow hitch. Without the hitch, our camper would sway and push truck all over the road. After installing this hitch, its a night and day difference. No sway and minimal wind push. 10,000 miles this summer and no issues, through strong winds across the central and western plains, the mountains of Montana and Wyoming, and the mountains of the Appalachian area. When I purchased my new Airstream in 2018, I knew nothing about accessories for the hitch. I accepted the 'wisdom' of the dealer who installed a Blue Ox 'weight distribution' device. Phooey!! Within a few months, I had my first experience with sway, which was terrifying. Shortly afterwards, it happened again, on a mountain road, going downhill. I was ready to sell everything, trailer, truck, etc. to preserve my heart and adrenal gland. Then I heard about Hensley from an Airstream group. Due to the relatively modest size of my trailer (International Serenity 23FBQ), a Cub Arrow was suggested. The light weight of the insert ('stinger') clinched the deal. We are seniors who value our lower backs. It is easy to lift and insert into the hitch receiver on the truck. Other brands were talking about lifting 80 lb....no way!! Airstream service at Jackson Center installed it and showed us how to use it. We practiced connections in their parking lot. The rear camera in the truck made a difference! Practice matters and the manual and Hensley videos were reviewed. What a totally different towing experience after installing the Cub Arrow. Holy Guacamole! No sway, no suggestions of sway, it felt solid at last, even during heavy winds, storms, steep roads, big trucks passing me at 80 mph...no worries. Also, far easier to maneuver into a campsite. Very happy after 8 years and lots of miles. Getting a new truck and using their program to get a new stinger. Good folks, excellent product that performs as advertised.
I bought the D Rings as extra to have. It’s always a good thing if you loose one.
So far so good. I am still getting used to the set-up and I have a few adjustments to make. But I am confident in the system.
It was very easy to install. I’ve done a short trip with the hitch then and it was smooth.
I was a little Leary spending this kind of money for just another trailer hitch! But after talking to friend who has the Hensley Ultimate Arrow hitch, I decided to give it a try as pulling along interstates is such a stressful thing. I attached to my 34' travel trailer and left from Pa to SC immediately I felt the differance. No more getting pushed and pulled by tractor and trailers and minimal wind push. I can now run highway speeds if I care too. Wow I had wished I would have spent the $ sooner. I have pulled campers for 19 years and I will not go without this hitch again.
The Hensley is literally the best hitch I’ve ever used for my travel trailer. I’ve tried 5 other brands and they were ok but nothing like this! Yes it’s expensive but after I almost wrecked with my boy beside me in the truck I knew it was time to try this! I was blown away with the ease of towing and ride quality!
Also, the customer service you get when you buy this hitch is un paralleled to any other brand I’ve ever used! You will not regret buying this!

powder coated black with pre-fab plastic end cap from different manufacturer to close off the round end. Black is beautiful always, but it'd be easier to find under my dark truck seat if it were red like pats of the TS-3 or even white.
This lock system was just what I needed to secure our trailer and our Hensley Arrow. Fits great and is easy to use. Once again Mike followed up with me to make sure everything fit and worked as it was designed to. Still loving the hitch as well.

Installed the beam guide kit and there was a noticeable improvement in the quality and smoothness of our most recent trip. A definite and welcome improvement, so much so that Trailersaver should make it a mandatory component of new purchases.
Eliminated 99% of sway but is not fun hooking up as the stinger has to be inserted too perfectly... if the pitch of the truck vs. trailer is off too much, it can take me 20 minutes to 2 hours to hook up. I've watched videos and learned how to adjust the stinger knuckles and the spring loaded bars to help align the angles when hooking up; I still like it and would not tow without it but hooking up is not fun, even after a dozen different unhooks and hooking back up. I'm not new at towing RV's and it's a very frustrating experience to hook this stinger up into the Hensley Arrow receiver. That said, compared to the Blue Ox Sway Pro that was a complete piece of garbage, the Hensley Arrow hitch should be a default for all Brinkley bumper pull trailers. Side bonus is my tailgate can open fully when hitched up.

Got the Hensley Arrow for my Grand Design 2800BH and Ford Expedition Max setup. My towing experience has significantly improved and a much more relaxed experience. Did the installation and setup myself, instructions were very clear. Customer service is top notch, always ready to answer my questions. Much more enjoyable taking the trailer on trips, very happy with the hitch!
