During a recent trip to NM we had to have our vehicle towed to a rv park and then the next morning the repairs were made on the vehicle. Somehow, 2 pieces were lost on the hitch. I had to purchase another brand to get home. Wow, did I ever miss my Hensley. The difference in control is like nite and day. And we paid $1000 for this hitch. Can't wait to get the Hensley back on.
