2.5" Class V Hitch Bars - Warranty Exchange Only

Class V hitch bars are for the Original Hensley Arrow and Ultimate Hensley Arrow warranty exchange. They fit tow vehicles with 2.5” receivers.

In 2025 we introduced the new and improved Ultimate Arrow and Ultimate Arrow Hitchbar. We no longer manufacture the Original Arrow Hitch bar. There is a $50 upgrade charge + deposit to exchange your original hitchbar for a new Ultimate Arrow hitchbar. 

If your hitch is under warranty and you would like to exchange your hitch bar, please follow the process below:

1. Take your trailer measurements (for more information on how to do this, click here)

2. Add your correct hitch bar to cart and purchase (shipping included for both purchase and return of hitch bar)

3. Once your new hitch bar is installed, ship your old bar back to us.

4. Once we have received your original hitch bar back, we'll refund your deposit minus shipping charges and the upgrade fee if your original hitch bar wasn't the new Ultimate Arrow design.  You can expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days.

Any alterations or welds added to your hitch bar will void the warranty on the hitch bar itself and cannot be exchanged.  The adjustable hitch bar has an added cost ($310 upcharge + deposit + shipping)  The deposit will be returned when your existing hitch bar is returned.
