Hensley Arrow®/Cub Lot Bar

As with all of Hensley products, our lot bar is of top quality materials and craftsmanship. We were a bit disappointed at first because there was not a “stinger” hitch attached to the lot bar. Instead, there was a receptor attached, requiring us to insert the stinger first, then the lot bar. We thought this bar would allow us to leave the hitch stinger attached to our truck, and be able to insert the lot bar to our orange Hensley Hitch with a stinger. I voiced my concerns to the Hensley group, and was immediately contacted personally by the owner. He called us, we discussed the issue, and he came up with a solution. They got to work immediately and redesigned the lot hitch, and we were able to make an exchange in less than a week. The newly redesigned lot bar works perfectly, and is exactly what we needed. It is now an option available for purchase on the Hensley website. Whenever I deal with the Hensley group, they always tell me to call if there’s anything I need. As usual, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this lot bar, go check it out!

I wasn’t expecting the piece that keeps the hitch from sliding side to side, so that’s a great feature. I’ve been using a home-built wooden piece to block it.

This is great add on for service vendors, must have item.
