The parts arrival was on time and the shipment process was professionally handled. I sent pictures of the bent part, it was confirmed that it needed replacement. The part was ordered and shipped. Once received it was easily installed. We have the hitch under warrentee and it was covered. Thanks.

I have read the install instructions several time but still had issues, If there was locations with business hours more gear to the working class 9-5 ers. to help set up system.

I have had my Hensley arrow Hitch for over 10 years with 40,000+ miles on it. It apparently seized up on our last trip, and after returning it I was so very pleased to hear that the unit was replaced.
