How do I exchange my Hensley Hitch Bar?

You only need to exchange your Hensley Hitch bar when the difference between your truck receiver and trailer tongue changes by more than 2″.

Take your trailer measurements.

• Ensure your tow vehicle and trailer are on flat, even ground over the full length of the truck and trailer (It may help to tow your trailer to a nearby parking lot for more accurate measurements).
• Measure from the ground to the top inside of your truck's receiver. Measurement must be a whole number.
• Measure from the ground to the top of your trailers ball coupler (see image below). Measurements must be in whole numbers.

2. Purchase your new hitch bar.
3. Once your new hitch bar is installed ship your old bar back to us.
4. Once we have received your hitch we will refund your hitch cost.  All you've paid us is shipping.
