Still getting used to it

Hitch came with our trailer. Weight is intimidating. On a trip with it. Seems to pull well and stable. Hitching and unhitching still a challenge but getting easier. Need more experience.

Sometimes it just needs to be swapped out.

My Hensley is 11 years old and they failed to a point where the lower unit just locked into a position that I couldn't get it back from. Replacing the zerk fittings solved the problem with a little help from the excellent techs at Hensley. I'm happily Back on the road again.

Keep Failing

Love the Hensley Hitch and this is my third Hensley Hitch. For some reason, I keep having an issue with the grease fitting failing. I have been using the same grease for all of my hitches.
