TrailerSaver BD Beam Guide Kit

The Beam Kit should be standard on the BD5. It took out all the bucking from the pins and I believe with proper lubrication it will add to the life of the pins and beam. 0 Movement. A must have.

Beam guide kit

It eliminated 100% of the “clunk” during stip and goes. I hope also to see less scrubbing of grease off the pins as the head stays more aligned.

Beam Guide Kit

Since installing the kit in early July I’ve pulled my DRV Fullhouse ~1250 miles. The trailer/hitch coupling seems to have less forward/backward jerking, and is much quieter than prior to installing the kit. I would recommend it to other Traiker Saver BD Hitch owners; especially when pulling heavy trailers. Mine weighs in at ~24K pounds…
