Hensley Arrow and Ultimate Arrow Standard Offset Hitch Bars

I got the hitch with a recent camper purchase and didn’t really know much about them… boy was I impressed! I have driven semi/tractor trailers for 30 years and have pulled just about every trailer imaginable. This hitch made towing this large camper a breeze, there was no bucking or swaying on my trip across South Dakota. I would highly recommend this hitch for all your large trailer towing needs.

I bought a used Arrow hitch with a 6” drop and needed a 4” drop, Hensley was very quick to answer questions. The hitch actually shipped quicker than expected which caused a little problem. We were gone for a few days and wasn’t available to sign for the shipment. It took 3 tries of UPS before we could get it signed for. Not used to having to actually having to provide an actual signature. Was concerned that UPS was going to return to shipper. But it all worked out.
